This review is for their online purchase and not for store purchase.
The products provided here are genuine. I have no doubt with that. Prices are extremely competitive. But the after sales service is beyond horrible. Like most of us, I checked online prices and saw PrimeABGB, as they provided much cheaper prices compared to Amazon or Flipkart and somewhat similar pricing to MD Computers and Vedant Computers.

I, from Chennai, bought a product from them on Jan 21st, I called the next day to confirm the order and their customer care is horrible, they just put you on hold or disconnect your call simply (No way near as courteous as MD Computers). I was told that they have no stock of that particular product and said to wait for a week for them to recieve it and then ship it to me, the receptionist behaved as if they are giving the product for free, One week up and no call or intimation from them, so I called back and found they haven't received the product, 12 days passed and after several calls and begging, I recieved the product on 3rd of Feb, apparently they send only the light weight products such as processors in overnight delivery. The rest will take 4 to 5 days to come to Chennai. The product I recieved was defective. So I called and RMA'D the product which they happen to pick it and return for free of cost, good. But they returned the product as it is saying they tested it and seems working with some random photos showing it is working, this whole process took another two weeks as it was transported by land. Then I tested it and it wasn't working. They said it might be a faulty accessory, so I returned it which I bought in Amazon (Hassle Free Return/Replacement) and found again not working with a new brand accessory. Then I mailed them with no reply whatsoever till today (3rd March), So I took it to the service centre nearby and they took it for service after checking it and saying that product was indeed faulty.

So here is my thought.
1. Never buy from them if you are more than a day afar for land delivery from Mumbai.
2. Please Hope that you won't get a defective product, else you are done for.
3. Don't try to save a buck or two by gambling yourself with this retailer, buy from Amazon, you'll atleast have a peace of mind with 10/15 or more Days return/replacement window if your product is faulty/Dead on arrival/Incompatible or simply even if you don't like what you bought, they will accept with no questions asked.
4. You can might as well try MD Computers, they will call you after buying any product to verify if the product works, even for keyboards, such a good customer care, they will take their time and provide details for any product or any service related queries even if you never buy from them. That's how customer care should. There should be care towards customer. PrimeABGB is more like Customer Careless.
5. If I'd have purchased my product from Amazon for 800 extra, I'd probably have a working PC right now and wouldn't have wasted 45 days.

P.S. If anyone wants any further details, please reply me with a mail or number so that I can provide all the call recordings, bills, RMA proofs, photos, service acknowledgement receipt etc.

This is 100% my personal experience. And just a precautionary warning to those who wants to buy from a farther place to Mumbai.
