Poor customer service. I had called to extend my lease and was informed that I would be charged an extension fee. I looked through my contract and it wasn't in it. I called to speak to a supervisor who might I add was arrogant told me there wasn't anything he could do. If I didn't want to pay it I should return it. I lease 2 vehicles with this company not to mention the 10 previous leases. I'm so done with this company and their poor business conduct. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
