I must acknowledge the professionalism and expertise of Joshua D. Kraft, Field Claim Representative III in handling my recent homeowners claim. My initial challenge was going through the insurer (Chubb) of the negligent 3rd party delivery company who caused the water damage at my home while alerting Joshua of the claim (7/22/20).
