I am not a very large car buyer, especially when it comes to a new one. Toyota of Lake City was able to pull me in.

I initially started my search off with the USAA Car-Buy Services which led me to Toyota and Scion of Lake City. It put me in contact with David Putman, the internet sales manager. When I scheduled to come in and have my car looked at for a trade-in and to test the Scion FR-S they were more then appreciative of my schedule, and formed the rest of their afternoon around me.

David was very courteous and definitely was driving a hard bargain. However, in the end we were able to come up with a number, finance, and length of loan that was good for the dealership and for myself. David was instrumental in the discussions that led to my purchase of the Scion FR-S, and I would say if I had been dealing with another person I may not have purchased the car.

David was a great salesman, and the financial manager CJ caught some body damage on the lower portion of my front bumper before I left and told me to come back in a few days, around my schedule, so that he could get the parts and completely replace the front bumper.

Amazing service, great attitudes, all around an excellent dealership with high customer service
