I would not normally do this but this experience was out of the world and was a good lesson in Bad customer service and horrible communication. It started off well but when I asked for an NDA to be signed before releasing project details, the care factor went down to zero. NO reason given and no follow ups from then on. After enquiring just a short message about not progressing further. By far the worst Customer service experience I have had.
