I recently had a home built by Kb Home and overall, I had an average experience. The construction quality was good, although there were a few minor issues that needed to be fixed. The communication with the builder could have been better, but they were responsive when I reached out. It's been a few months now and I haven't encountered any major problems with the house. In conclusion, I would rate Kb Home as average.
