Received notice that room was ready but told not ready upon arrival- sat in lobby for over an hour with my family waiting. One front desk lady rude to my family. Rest of staff friendly and helpful throughout stay. Nightly reception disappointing - not like the one at the airport Embassy Suites. The red wine was served chilled - very odd. Thermostat in room not working properly. Someone was running in hall outside our room at 1:28 a.m. WiFi very spotty. Housekeeping was great, room clean. I looked forward to this Birthday get-a-way for months and was so disappointed. Got off to a bad start with check in and didn t really get much better.
