Loyal customers only "good to pay"
Customers for 27 years (3 cars, 1 motorcycle, 1 apartment, a house insured at home and an accident guarantee)
I just learned that the formula of my contract no longer existed and that (ho miracle) only the new contract that would have cost me 3 more per month (my god what horror) fully covered my claim.
No message macif or call a consultant to tell me that my formula was outdated (not bad in terms of customer service). So I signed the new contract asking for a retroactive effect considering that the macif had not done its work of information)
Result of the races 1350 at my expense (then 750 following a generous commercial gesture from them) and categorical refusal to apply the requested retroactivity.
So in summary: change insurers as often as possible because in this case you can enjoy all their attention and the latest benefits. Because 27 years of fidelity is translated by a nice tube of Vaseline (packed of course, we are approaching Christmas) and hours on the phone.

PS: ras on the quality of the advisors and their listening, which at their level could not make a decision
