The family that owns this business could not have gone more out of their way to help me. I somehow messed up every thing from booking to ordering pictures. Both times on weekends. They responded to my emails quickly both on a Saturday and even called me on a Sunday. They did not have to help me, it was my fault I messed up. But they did and they made it as right as if I had done it correctly myself. Next time I ll pay more attention but you don t get this level of service much anymore. And the Santa pictures were so cute even during Covid. My kids were super excited.
