Extremely Childish and unprofessional staff. I stayed here once before without any issues but July 22nd I checked in with a gentleman who i qoute said " im new so bare with me" which is fine no big deal but this in particular i was charged an additional $50 next day. I immediately called to find out what happened and i was told to call back later the manager who's name is "Jassi" (could be a fake name) but jassi informed me it was only a insurance hold for the room and will return to my card in 2 days well 3 days past i called to find out whats going on Jassi then informed me with an attitude that "he has to call his bank" and ended the phone conversation next day still no results i called back and the hotel staff is picking up placing me on hold then saying jassi is at the bank....my girlfriend then called and they said jassi is busy. I would not recommend staying at a kiddie establishment such as this one. Your better off at motel 6 or baymount thats up the road.. avoid this place by all cost!!!!
