My husband and I rented for 7 months through Rainbow. I was hopeful that we would have one of the better experiences I had heard about, but that's not the case. After move out, we were given a list of things we were being charged for past our deposit amount. Granted, we made the mistake of not getting a walk through with someone from Rainbow, nor did we take pictures of the things that were damaged when we moved in. (Learn from us! Take pictures of EVERYTHING!) Several of the items on the list were things that were damaged upon our move in....
Problems with the place included mice coming in through the walls, mold that had been painted over top of, rowdy neighbors, and it was not clean at all when we moved in. I spent a lot of time cleaning it before moving in and we left it cleaner than when we moved in ourselves but were still given cleaning charges.
If you do rent through them take pictures, demand a walk through and save every maintenance request you make, and make sure you get everything in writing.
