Had a 2:30 appointment for a simple oil change. Arrived early, 1:45, got in line and thought this may be quicker than I anticipate. Now it's 3:51, still waiting. Just an oil change is all I want. Spoke with a service guy at 3:45 and he said there is one car ahead of us. Ridiculous to say the least.
