Shameful recovery center. There is not enough material or resources to properly care for patients. Laziness, lack of attitude and bad education by many workers (not all have to be fair) is evident when they spend hours and hours without being seen by the rooms to see the status of patients or when they are not change the diaper until they get to wet the mattress.

We are very disappointed with the treatment received and we take pity on patients who do not have family members who can help them because in these cases the lack of interest is greater on the part of staff of the center being left to the fate of roommates or a worker with a minimum of empathy.

At night it seems that disinterestedness increases. There are no relatives to complain about and patients do not have enough strength to enforce themselves. The plant control is full of workers hooked to the whatsapp while the red indicators of the rooms illuminate the corridor.

This story has not been told to us, we have lived it in the first person. We will complain and denounce if it is necessary so that at least it is recorded and because the most vulnerable people deserve a fair treatment and not be attended by people who are not motivated and without any motivation for the work they do.
