I used Gordon's to remortgage and was shocked how easy and quick things were. I never had to chase and had regular updates via email. The initial paperwork was clear and easy to fill out and I was even updated that the paperwork was received. The process took less than a month and was quicker than expected. They took care of everything. When I did phone to confirm something they were polite and helpful. Recommended.
