I would like to start of this review by saying that I am crystal reeds husband. She also has a review posted. Your comment of us never being in your store is partially true. We have never been to your new location and we dont plan to. Her review was based on an experience at your old location and suggesting she's a liar further validates your ignorance. I had given some thought about visiting your new store recnently but after reading your responses to some of the reviews, its clear to me that nothing has changed. So In conclusion. My review is; your overpriced, unfriendly, and lack overall customer service skills. "I wish you the best!" Again this is my review (not "retaliation") on Tim Hafer himself and to my knowledge the current owner. Not on the current store or employees. Also the old location sold firearms.Im not sure why you would say it was just a gunsmith? Even if Hafer wasnt the owner of the old location, he was there every time I visited. Based on how you reponded to my review and other bad reviews i would say their still hasnt been any customer service/relations improvements.
