I've had enough ,I have had 5 different insurance ...

I've had enough ,I have had 5 different insurance reps on a hail damage claim . The information provided to each rep has been lost or not added to my file. Called company hq and customer service just transfers you to a voicemail which the message is 2 month out of date . The customer service actually hung up on me when I said a return call in 24 -48 hour was unacceptable.
