Spent the day at the 100 Fountain Spa, Pillar and Post yesterday with my Family. There were six of us who had booked pedicures together and my daughter and I had an Express Facial before the pedicures. We have been to this spa many times over the years and always enjoy our day there. We will however, not be going back. This spa has turned into an assembly line spa, over crowded, not relaxing, with clinicians rushing treatments. We had booked a 25 minute facial. The facial began at 5 minutes after the hour and we were out/finished, in the waiting room with the multitudes at 20 minutes after the hour. Barely 15 minutes long! This treatment cost $70. I expressed my concerns at the main desk and received 10% off the cost of the facial for my troubles. Seriously. Very disappointed .
