Staff was very nice, friendly helpful room was nice we has a balcony and a bigger room was fan the spa was okay not worth it if you had to pay was steam and sauna was not that hot pool was cold the experience shower I don't think worked as was just cold and it's meant to warm up and towels was piled up in the changing rooms
