Very rude saleswoman in the mountain department. We asked about the north face backpacks as well as being annoyed and continuing to do nothing (pretending to fold shirts) she gave us annoyed answers and when I asked if it was possible to see an open backpack she told me that it wasn't there of that size. But when it was there, and I realized it she had to take it .. she didn't even show us her, how the backpack could be, or how I could use it .. not being practical!
