Don t waste your time here! They certainly wasted mine. The worst customer service. We had an appointment wanting to buy two cars. They were 30 min late for our appointment. When Tyrone was finally ready, he kept helping other customers making us wait for simple things like unlocking a car to see inside. We felt like his last priority. We were so frustrated we left and gave Shawnee Mission Kia our business instead.
