Heard the commercial on WSB radio and called them. Immediately advised via a recording they could not take the call and leave a message. We did. Two days later a representative called back and said, we require $8,000 a year in spend billed at $666 a month! The rep did not ask the size of our property- just the guarantee they needed. When my wife explained that was much more than we expected, the rep was very snide and chuckled, oh well...bye. I am sure the owners do not support this type of treatment of potential customers, but save me the typical comment of "sorry you did not have a good experience, please call us" We had a TERRIBLE experience. Very poor customer service.
