Unbelievably over priced and recommending service ...

Unbelievably over priced and recommending service without running easy tests! Brought our Ram truck in for recall item and A/C had stopped working. Service said we needed to replace the evaporator, claimed it was a 9 hour service and would costs $1700.00! On a friend's recommendation we took our truck to Sonny's in Brandon for a second opinion. They ran a a/c leak test, $125.00 service!!!! No leak was detected, however they explained that doesn't mean there isn't a leak, it just might be tiny. If the a/c stops blowing cold then they can replace the evaporator. A 6 hour service, per the book (which he showed us, not the 9 hour that was claimed) All for $900.00!! Will never go Courtsey Chrysler again. Warning to all, dont service your vehicles at a dealership, they lie and RIP you off! Highly recommend Sonny's, they are honest and reasonably priced!
