I ordered my shoes 9/19/15 and I still don't have ...

I ordered my shoes 9/19/15 and I still don't have them. On 9/22/15 they said they were shipped but there was never a tracking number and there still is no tracking number to the date. I talked to 10 different people and waited on line for hours after all the times I called in trying to get information about my shoes and there was always a different story and always a promise to follow up if in the meantime I didn't get hung up on which is terrible customer service. With the inconvenience of it almost being a month and still have no shoes they only gave me a 10.00 credit which I don't feel is right because I have spent so much money with finish line. On Thursday 10/8/15 Betty put in a replacement order but still no tracking information and all the people before who I spoke with why couldn't they have done that. All in all I'm still waiting but in the mean time they got my money.
