I grew up in the era before computers so it has been a huge learning curve. WhenI needed my laptop fixed. The associates were are friendly, helpful and up front with all costs. They were fast and efficient. A big shout out to Marcus in the tech repair dept. He fixes computers all day long so he has to be brilliant! Not once did he make me feel dumb. He guided me through all my options and let me know costs on everything! I picked up my laptop and it works beautifully! Thank you!
