Installation was professional and went smoothly. Not 5 stars because they disconnected the water softener drain and it got pinned under the ductwork. Hear a water rushing in the basement to find the hot water heater, furnace and water softener surrounded by water. They left drywall dust on the floor to be tracked through the house by my kids, and I found bits of copper pipe in the lawn, and some of the old exhaust abs in the basement.
