From the moment I drove up to the hotel the service and assistance was fantastic. Everyone was very helpful, doors were opened for me. I used the valet service and my car was well taken care of and when I was ready to leave they were very prompt in getting it to me. The patience of the staff as they explained the metro system to me was greatly appreciated. The room was excellent, clean and very comfortable. I had reserved online and got one of the sites "discounted rates for a standard room" and I did not notice a difference from this "standard" room a the discounted rate to any other room. The gym was clean and all the equipment was in working order. I am sure I will need to return for another meeting and will definitely make my reservation at the Hyatt. A BIG thank you to all the staff!! The patience and attention I received made me feel like I was a VIP. thank you!!
