Had my wife's 40th b/day celebration at the hotel with 20 guests on 6 Sept 2014 and guests are still phoning to convey how impressed they were with the function and service excellence. I ended-up at 22:00 to arrange 2 additional rooms due to the state of enjoyment of 2 couples and approached Paul, the Client Relations Manager who was absolutely phenomenal, a person with the acumen of a hotel general manager who arranged the rooms within minutes. The service was way above excellent and the breakfast the next morning, divine...Have already arranged for a repeat stay with the wife alone.

This hotel is an example of true guest centeredness because it reflects in the staff that portrays the corporate culture in there actions. this statement all because of Paul and his staff.
