I really wanted to take classes at Krav Maga for many years but when I finally got the chance and enrolled after an excellent trial class, my work schedule did not allow me to take classes. I requested for a cancellation and instead of being professional, Krav Maga member services were never available on the phone or email and kept putting it off while continuing to charge me every week. It would have been professional of them to stop charging my account if there was not enough staff to handle my concern. As much as I have liked the fitness program at Krav Maga, I am very dissatisfied with member service. For an organization that is committed to helping men and women with self-defense and fitness, this is beyond unprofessional.
