Grey star is the most worthless rental company in man kind. We were renting in Birkdalevillage in Huntersville NC. There was a company that was very good in there then Greystar came in and it is the worst. They take for ever to fix things and they will keep you deposits and charge you more on top. I ve been there three years Greystar came in the last year we were there and they are the reason we left. Do Not again DO NOT rent from these people they will rob you blind. They lie and they are un trust worthy. You rent from them you will be unhappy and tell your self I should listen to that review. Everyone that left after Greystar came in has said the sam thing. Tell your friends and I will let the 40,000 people I have on YouTube know and have them pass it on so they can t do this again to someone else. I don t even want to give them a star but I can t post with out it.
