I'm pretty happy with Shaw. We still have 18 months left on our contract and they just called us up one day and offered us a bunch of additional bandwidth and services for the same cost and no contract extension. We ended up negotiating a dedicated 50Mb fibre line up to 2 x 100Mb split channel dedicated fibre lines. For no money or additional commitment.
I rarely call them but the times I have, I have been on hold for a while. Otherwise 5 stars.
