Recently had my 3 series serviced for what I thought was a transmission issue. Liz Cook was my advisor who suggested I ride with a technician while he drove to make sure the correct problem is addressed. Turns out, it was the transfer case, not the transmission. Problem solved. Car runs like the first day I bought it. I could not be happier. Thank you Liz and San Antonio BMW Service Dept!
