I would give this a negative five or a hundred if I could. The company is money hungry! I got caught up in a false fraud claim and got charged $25 for every transaction that got refunded. It came up to ten transactions! That's $250 in fees that they expect you to pay when i wasn't in the fault. No one could help us. They could've waived the fee and have been understanding about the situation, but of course they are all sorry. I would love to see this crooked company go under. Now they made me file for a police report and have an investigation put in motion. Either way, I'm getting my money back or I'm furthering the situation. Bottom line, GreyStone, suck and if you want service, please do yourself a favor and give another company the business and money. These idiots will give you a hard time.
