Some punk kid named Chris who says that he's the used car manager who wouldn't give me his last name was flying down Lomas in a dealership vehicle and being an arrogant dealership employee. I own many GM vehicles and now I will never bring another vehicle to nor buy a vehicle from Galles because of this arrogant prick. I'll buy a Ford before I buy another GM.
