I will be purchasing a new car by the end of the year and there is only one make I will consider buying and only one dealership I will use--Audi of Mission Viejo. I have owned my present car, a TT, for the last ten years, and my experience has always been positive. All of the service staff know me by name, and I think that is remarkable considering the number of people they deal with and the relatively few times I have needed to take my car in for service or repairs. I have never felt that the folks talk down to me because I am a woman, rather they explain procedures to me in a professional and objective way. Yes, the prices charged may be a bit higher than taking the car to a mechanic, but I know that the work being done at Audi will be done correctly. Besides, my favorite service staff member, Denny Dong, will always try to find discounts that I can use toward the cost of repairs and servicing. I might add that everybody at Audi Mission Viejo is friendly and I think they are well trained in customer service. While I will be somewhat sad to let my little red TT go I do look forward to my new model. Hmmm, what will it be--A4, A3, or perhaps the Q5?
