Buyers Beware! This agency employs realtors who will take advantage of you. Try to bully you into buying a home you can t afford and works with CMG financial, Jennifer Maldonado who will also take advantage of you. They will try to loop you into paying a higher commission percentage without you realizing it. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau and the NC Real Estate commission. Run from these guys, don t sign anything, do your research! They are bullies and will take whatever you don t realize they are taking. Record your conversations and save all communication.
