I was unimpressed with the customer service and the time that I spent at the dealership. I arrived @1130am and didn t leave until 6pm. I left the dealership with limited knowledge of the features of the vehicle and the vehicle was not cleaned appropriately. Since I had my vehicle I have noticed a few things about the vehicle that concerned me. I bought a cpo and the oil already needs changing and vibration in wheel or steering. Good thing is it s under warranty and I m taking it to the dealership tomorrow. I don t like that I have to do this less than a week of having the vehicle. And yes, I spoke to someone at the dealership that states all services has been performed- definitely not what I expected for a luxury car dealership.
