We recently were married in Boston and reserved rooms for our guests at the Park Plaza. Everyone I spoke with while booking was very helpful, but our stay wasn't that great. We had a free room upgrade and while our room was huge, some of our guests were in very small rooms (the door hit the bed while opening!)

We reserved 20 spots for brunch the morning after the reception, and there were no tables reserved. We were seated away from the rest of our friends and my out of state family had to eat in the other dining room.

Finally, the parking situation was a fiasco. I had disabled family members waiting over two hours outside for their car; apparently the valet had lost keys. However, the hotel did cover all of our guests' parking costs.

Their bigger rooms are nice, but I'd probably stay at a different hotel next time.
