We had original contact through our desire to seek out a broker who could guide us to greener utilities providers. In a competitive tendering environment, they managed to provide us with quotes for greener energy that were slightly less than others had quoted for both Greener and Standard products. For obvious reasons we signed a very competitive deal over a very secured period of time.
Happy with this success, and with the personal touch that Green Energy bring to their work, we felt comfortable when building our new bar cafe to ask for their help when the incumbent supplier of utility to the site was being distinctly unhelpful in answering calls, providing advice as to suitable metering and agreed rates. They took it on themselves to take a lead, using their contacts within the utility company concerned to force the issue which was starting to look like it was going to lead to a delay in completion of the project. The advice given was helpful and productive, and more to the point, opening up the conversations between our contractors and the utilities company got us back on track faster than we could have possibly achieved on our own - I'd also note that Green Energy Consulting helped us out on this with no view on immediate short term gain for themselves, as the site was already in contract.
We keep throwing things at them -we've taken over another site on a short term lease, the landlord doesn't know who the suppliers are, but Green Energy are on the case finding out for us, and sussing out the contractual situation with surprising speed and cheerfulness.
We can only recommend you give them a try, so far, for us, they have gone beyond the call of duty, and done it well.
