Recently, I had some teacher tech issues during the remote learning era. Infiniwiz was very responsive to my requests and proactive in preventing further issues. I dealt with three separate technicians, and all three were patient and communicated with me the hows and whys of what they were doing. Steve and Zeb, in particular, were extremely helpful. I was able to learn from their explanations. I am grateful for their help.
