I would not what to do without the wonderful help from Cindy Henderson Doctor ATC PT I have knee surgery ACL major several years ago it was like a brick but with the help from her she got me back to about 90%. Then had heart surgery aorta annusysm she helped with rehab to get back to work. Then have had 2 shoulder surgery s first Labrum. Then this last time a bicep tendon and capsuler release 2 loose cartilages . It is very hard work but worth it. I work a very physical job Frito Lay route sales so Cindy knows how difficult my job is so she has been working with me to strengthen my shoulder to be able to push pull and with the stand the hours . Cindy knows how to get the range of motion going and do the exercises and other things she has me doing to able do my job and I want to be able to play Basketball again my goal so she has been working with me on several things . Cindy really knows how to get you get back to we re you want to be. I am so thankful to Cindy and office Robin and Susan for helping my rehab . Cindy Henderson in my book is the best and she has the awards to back up. She cares about her patients and that makes you want recover even more. Thank you Cindy Henderson and staff for all you do.
