I was on a tight schedule and needed to be back on the road. The service department was very busy this week and it was a little difficult to get the appointment. I finally spoke with Jan Stewart who put me in touch with Randy Walker. Randy had me meet with Bob Lundy. My experience and repairs went very smoothly from this point on. They were even able to complete the air bag recall that other dealers had been unable to do for several years due to having no parts available. Can't say enough about the attention I received from Bob Lundy.
