I'd give zero stars if I could. Customer service is simply awful. I made reservations for a reason. And flew to Seattle just to eat at this restaurant. And I checked in right on time and was told I'd be seated shortly. Come 15 mins, I still haven't been seated and kept looking at the hostess in the waiting area for updates. But she kept looking at me and back to her desk. After 20 mins, I got upset and walked up to her to ask how much longer for the table. And she said, oh, and didn't even acknowledge who I was. And said, oh what's your name? Oh umm I thought you were seated already... And I looked at her like.... Did you walk me to a table? No. You didn't. And another hostess lady comes up and gives me major attitude saying it was a misunderstanding. And didn't even apologize. Just the worst. Get better hostesses. Simply rude. At least the overpriced food was decent.
