Overall the experience was not that great. Tried to frighten by always telling "we can't hold until you produce the loan pre-approval documents and the check copy". Once those documents were given, again the sales person said he can't hold the used vehicle if the documentation is not completed by today night. Mind it, all this was happening within a day :). The icing on the cake was the complete lack of customer empathy shown by the General sales manager there. We were sorting out our car insurance issues over the phone and I had close to 25% payment ready and had sent the soft copy of the check from the lender and he parroted the famous: we can't hold the vehicle. If possible avoid dealing with him. Though the sales person was great to deal with. I think they are under constant pressure to tell customers that they can't hold the vehicle for long. Come on people, you are so desperate that you can't wait for even a day. The finance person Walter was a great person to deal with. If not for him the rating would have been 1.
