My estate agent had engaged OnTap Wangara to check a leak in my rental property and repair it. I was present at the property and the plumber did a good job and carried out the repairs. I have no issues with the work done but what surprised me is when they charged me for 2 men instead of one when it was clearly a one man job. Looks like they are charging me for a trainee who was being trained on the job. If anyone wants to use them, I suggest they make sure ahead of time what the charges will be.
