I made reservation online half before check in. This hotel does not provide any parking and hotel is hard to find. I couldn't find hotel since no parking and decided to canceled my reservation but this hotel so far refund to refund my money as I stated thai me and my other will not be dragging siutecases through downtown San Francisco looking for the hotel as we do not feel safe. I would not recommend anyone stay there. stay there
