If I could give less stars I would. I all currently staying after getting back from a cruise. Though the property is beautiful the room is lacking. Thinking we would get some rest before our flight we are sadly mistaken. We have decided to just sit in chairs until our flight. The bed is so uncomfortable that we are hurting. The bed is completely sunken in the middle to the ground. One side is up the other is down and the middle is on the floor. I have a crook in my neck that's in serious pain and even after a phone call to the front desk from my cell phone because the room phone isn't working I found no help. Won't be coming back ever.
