If i could I would not even give them 1 star! They were not true to the quote they had given me and my staff when we stayed there. Because we were unhappy with their services we ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel half way thru our business trip and yet they still attempted to charge me the entire week. Was quoted $90/night and they charged me up to $258/night. When trying to contact them to dispute, I was ignored and told that the man I was suppose to speak with is not available at the moment. After 5 UN-returned phone calls that I was suppose to receive but never did, I am now forced to dispute the charges. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Go stay at the LITTLE AMERICA HOTEL.
