Pathetic service. Unable to get through. They give you up to 28 days to receive your visa or a response. 28 days has lapsed, I've had no responses to my emails and I've been following up, tried calling them and they said to just keep following up as that is all they can do so now I'm following up a follow up. I've been following up since day 20. Ugh!

Don't know why it's taken so long to receive a visitors visa to Australia. It shouldnt take this long.They have the same response everytime I call, I feel like I'm talking to a bunch of robots. No interest in actually looking into my case. So typical of service in Fiji. You would expect the Aus High Commission would be different. All the same. Not even a dam response.

Unprofessional bunch of idiots. Shame I can't give them a minus score.
