I brought my car in to get serviced under the 45,000 mile warranty check-in. I made a list of things I needed to get fixed, i.e. mirror clip popped out, rattling in back, etc.. After having my car for +7 hours and holding over night, they told me there was nothing wrong with the car and I was good to pick it up. I picked up my car and the mirror was still un-clipped, rattling still occurring, and nothing was fixed. I was extremely disappointed and will be bringing my Lexus elsewhere to get fixed. Such a waste of time.
