I recently used a software from this company to optimize our invoice processing. While the platform had some useful features, I found the user interface to be a bit clunky and not very intuitive. Additionally, the customer support was somewhat slow to respond to our inquiries, which was frustrating at times. On the positive side, the software did help streamline some of our processes, and the integration with our existing systems was relatively smooth. Overall, I would say that the company provides a decent solution for invoice management, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of user experience and customer support.
